Experience

Creating a seamless customer experience is critical and I start by ‘meeting’ and understanding customers at every step in their journey, allowing for a re-envisioning of an experience that meets their needs. My practice relies on systems thinking and human-centered design methodologies and impacts customer satisfaction, revenue growth, operational excellence and employee engagement.

Research

Understanding human needs and behaviors is fertile ground for design and innovation. Companies thrive with a working concept of what makes people tick and a context that allows for the shaping of ideas by considering what people covet and use. By uncovering human needs through a range of research methodologies, I help companies see the real tangible opportunities that will transform their business.

 

 

Strategy

Design strategy is about translating insights into opportunities. It requires me to easily switch from macro to micro; from understanding the strategic value and business dynamics of a product, to caring about design at a pixel or message level. As a strategic designer, I am able to frame a challenge, to research and insights, to concept and implementation.
