My name is Paula and I breathe simple, beautiful and connective design.

Having spent my early career in branding and later complimenting that background with a masters degree in user centered design, serves as an advantage in delivering experiences that impart emotional and cognitive resonance. My design process involves understanding how a product is engaged with, as well as its business context which allows me to define complex ideas in human terms. I work closely with research and product managers to understand user needs and identify opportunities. By designing across all vital touch points (online, mobile, environmental, etc.), I create seamless experiences that move people to action while deepening the relationship between the customer and the brand.
